Home Monitoring

Our home monitoring services include monthly or twice monthly visits to your home. During these visits we walk around the property and the perimeter of your home and outbuildings ensuring that all is as it should be. We take care to notice changes, or new situations.
In your home we have an extensive checklist that includes:
- Test all windows and doors to establish they are securely locked
- Run water in sinks, tubs and toilets and check pipes and floors for leaks
- Check heating system for correct temperature setting and operability
- Ensure all appliances are working properly
- Turn on all lights and systems checking functionality
- Monitor for signs of pest
Housekeeping:
Experienced, professional and trustworthy staff perform:
- “Spring” Cleaning Services
- Regular, scheduled cleaning
- Pre or Post Stay cleaning
We are conscientious, reliable and attentive to detail. We can help provide housekeeping service to our clients. Those services may include:
- Vacuum, sweep, or mop all floors.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms: toilets, counter tops, sinks, shower/tub.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen: counter tops, sinks, and cabinet doors, drawer fronts and appliances.
- Dust, clean and polish all horizontal surfaces including countertops, furniture and shelving.
We are conscientious, reliable and attentive to detail. We can help provide housekeeping service to our clients. Those services may include:
- Dust and damp wipe: baseboards, light fixtures, furniture, sills, shelves, blinds, and décor.
- Launder all washable bedding, bath and kitchen towels.
- Remove contents of kitchen and bathroom cupboards, wipe clean and replace contents
Owner or Guest Arrival Prep
Your home can be prepared for you or guests.
When you arrive home from your vacation, extended time away, or when guests are arriving and you aren’t there, we can prepare your home so it is welcoming and ready.
