Raven's Perch

This is a magical space, we were overcome with its natural beauty and serenity, much better than we could have imagined. Thank you Jackie and the beautiful state of WA-we will be back!

Staying in this place was wonderful beyond our wildest dreams. The house itself was perfect, size-wise and kitchen-wise with the quirkiest lighting system in the world, probably, which we mastered quickly. And the "grounds", as they say in Virginia, were stunning -- the magnificent trees, the flowers, the vegetable garden, the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beautiful lake and even the lovely bird mobiles that spin and fly in the wind. My husband took the kayak across the lake and back only once, and we didn’t use the sauna, but opening the door and smelling the wonderful pine scent of the wood was another delight of the place. Our host Jackie was helpful as needed and made our stay, well, what can I say, perfect! It was a lovely, peaceful retreat for us and we feel so lucky to have found it.

This cabin was super cute! We absolutely loved the front porch overlooking the lake. It was a quiet and peaceful getaway.
