About PNW Concierge
Caring for Homes — and the People Who Own Them
Pacific Northwest Concierge (PNW Concierge) was built around a simple idea: owning a home in the Pacific Northwest—especially when you don’t live nearby—comes with unique challenges, and deserves thoughtful, consistent care.
For many of our homeowners, their home is more than a vacation rental property. It may be a second home, a long-held family place, or something they plan to enjoy for years to come. Our role is to protect that investment, care for it as if it were our own, and make ownership feel manageable rather than stressful.
Our vacation rental management focuses on clear communication, steady oversight, and proactive care—not only when guests are in the home, but year-round.
A Boutique Approach to Vacation Rental Management
Pacific Northwest Concierge is a locally based vacation rental management company serving Anacortes, Bellingham, Birch Bay and beyond. We are intentionally small and hands-on in how we work. Rather than managing a high volume of properties, we work with a limited number of homes so we can stay closely connected to each one.
That means:
- Knowing the quirks, rhythms, and needs of every home we manage
- Catching issues early, before they become costly or disruptive problems
- Communicating clearly and consistently with homeowners
- Making decisions with long-term care in mind, not short-term gain
Rooted in the Pacific Northwest
PNW Concierge began on Lummi Island in 2013, where many homes are not lived in full-time and where weather, access, and ongoing maintenance require close attention. From the beginning, our work centered on home monitoring, storm response, and making sure properties were well cared for when owners couldn’t be there themselves.
As some homeowners chose to offer their homes as vacation rentals, our role naturally expanded. We applied the same standards of care, oversight, and communication to guest stays that we already provided year-round for the homes themselves.
Today, we provide professional vacation rental management across the region, including Lummi Island, Bellingham, Anacortes, and surrounding areas. Our experience is shaped by real conditions here—seasonal weather, salt air, ferry schedules, rural infrastructure, and the realities of caring for homes in varied environments.
Experience You Can Rely On
We’ve been doing this work for more than a decade, and consistency has always mattered to us.
Our homeowners value:
- Long-standing relationships built on trust
- A stable, reliable network of local vendors and service providers
- Thoughtful oversight rather than reactive management
We have been recognized as consecutive Airbnb Superhosts and continuous Vrbo Premier Partners since we first became eligible, not as a goal in itself, but as a byproduct of steady care and clear communication.
We don’t chase trends or rapid growth. We focus on doing the work well, staying attentive, and earning trust over time. Our boutique vacation rental management approach is appreciated by our owners.
For Our Guests
Guest experience matters, and in our view, it’s a direct result of how well a home is cared for behind the scenes.
Guests staying in PNW Concierge homes can expect clear communication, welcoming spaces, and homes that are clean, well cared for, and thoughtfully prepared.
The same systems that support a good guest experience are the ones that protect the home itself.
How We Work With Homeowners
If you’re considering professional vacation rental management, or looking for a more thoughtful alternative to high-volume, platform-driven Airbnb hosting, we believe the relationship should feel collaborative, transparent, and steady.
We tend to be a good fit for homeowners who value:
- Careful stewardship over scale
- Clear, honest communication
- Local knowledge and on-the-ground presence
- A long-term view of their home
