Furnished homes in Whatcom & Skagit Counties for stays of one month or longer, October through June.

PNW Concierge manages a small group of homes across Whatcom and Skagit Counties for monthly stays. Each is fully furnished, move-in ready, and looked after by our local team. Every mid-term home carries a required monthly cleaning fee, which lets us confirm the home is being kept in good shape. The amount depends on the home.

Every home is by application; there is no instant booking. Email us with your dates and a little about yourself. We talk through the details, screen applicants to the same written standards, and send an application to those who are a fit. Minimum stay is one month, except Peregrine Way and Spring Brook, which have a three-month minimum.

A forested retreat in Semiahmoo’s gated golf community, five minutes from the beach and 50 minutes from Vancouver, BC. Three bedrooms plus a finished bonus room over the garage, four bathrooms, including a primary suite with its own en suite bath. Two home-office setups with high-speed internet, a vaulted living room with a gas fireplace and grand piano, and a private backyard with hot tub, gas grill, and fire pit under 50-foot evergreens.

  • Rent: $3,500 per month, fully furnished and equipped
  • Available October through June. Minimum stay: three months
  • Utilities: the owners cover the first $250 per month combined across electricity, water, gas, sewer, storm water, trash, and internet. Tenant pays above that, which has run about $200 per month.
  • Garage: one bay included. A second bay is negotiable. Additional cars park on the driveway.
  • No smoking. Semiahmoo Resort Association rules apply.

Four bedrooms and three baths in the Glenhaven Lakes community, with mountain views, a heat pump for heating and cooling, a two-car garage with EV charger, and a covered porch and fire pit. Reed Lake is a three-minute walk, with a seasonal community pool, courts, and playgrounds. Bellingham and Mount Vernon are each about 25 minutes away.

  • Mid-term: $3,850 per month, furnished, utilities included up to $300 per month. October through June, minimum one month.
  • Long-term: $3,500 per month, unfurnished, 12-month lease. Tenant pays utilities. HOA dues included in rent.

A single-level waterfront home on a high bank above Semiahmoo Bay, with west-facing water views and a lawn at the top of the bluff. Three bedrooms and one and a half baths, sleeps six, with a fire pit and chairs on the bluff lawn, a backyard garden, and a marina nearby. Whale and bird watching from the house, and it is the closest home in our group to the Canadian border.

A bright, furnished three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home in Bellingham’s Cordata neighborhood. The primary suite is on the main floor with a king bed, walk-in closet, and en suite bath. Upstairs are a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a full bath, and a small loft. The open living area has a gas fireplace, the kitchen has quartz counters and stainless appliances, and there is a washer and dryer, an attached garage, a mini-split heat pump, and a patio over the greenbelt. Five minutes to Costco, Fred Meyer, and Cordata Station, ten to PeaceHealth St. Joseph Hospital, fifteen to downtown Bellingham and Western.

  • Next available: October 2027. Currently leased for the 2026-27 season.

How to apply

Email jackie@whatcomconcierge.com with the home you are interested in, your move-in date, and how long you plan to stay. We will reply with questions and, if it looks like a fit, send the application. Applicants are screened to the same written standards in the order completed applications arrive. There is no application fee, and no deposit is taken before a lease is signed.
