Pacific Northwest Concierge (PNW Concierge) is committed to providing five star stays at our homes. We believe that a stay isn’t simply about a nice home but includes all the communication prior to and during a stay, the experience as soon as the guest departs on their journey to the home through their return after the stay. We provide excellent pre-stay information, a welcoming experience upon arrival and unparalleled communication.

For our homeowners we take care of their home, not just their vacation rental. We provide year round maintenance and troubleshooting so you never have to worry about the condition of your home. When you visit your home you have the luxury of enjoying the experience rather than working on it.

Pacific Northwest Concierge (PNW Concierge) has been serving homeowners since 2013. We started out on Lummi Island where 50% of the homes are not lived in full-time. We supplied home monitoring services to homeowners from Bellingham, to Canada, to Florida. Our clients appreciate feeling peace of mind about their homes when they heard of inclement weather in the area. We also made sure their home was maintained, clean and ready for them when they returned.

Some of our clients decided to enter the vacation rental market to earn some money to offset the expenses of owning their island dream home. We helped prepare their home for vacationers and attend to all the tasks that they could not do, living away from their vacation rental.

Since that time we have expanded and improved our services. We have cultivated our hosting so our guests have the utmost experience in the vacation rentals we manage. Our homeowners appreciate that they don’t have to worry about a thing – their guests are happy and their home is taken care of!
